2024 Good Food Awards Entry Period: Open June 1-30
Honoring American crafters raising the bar in tasty, authentic and responsible food and drink.
San Francisco, CA (June 1, 2023) – Today marks the start of a monthlong, nationwide call for entries to the 2024 Good Food Awards in 18 categories: beer, charcuterie, cheese, chocolate, cider, coffee, confections, elixirs, drinks, grains, honey, fish, oils, pantry, pickles, preserves, spirits and snacks.
Each year, the Good Food Foundation is proud to recognize the contributions of American makers who are committed to crafting delicious food and drink using sustainable and responsible sourcing and production methods. This year, the 237 Winners were honored in a moving ceremony hosted by Alice Waters, Anthony Myint, and Eli Cairo, with additional remarks by Founder Sarah Weiner and the Winners themselves.
To enter the Good Food Awards, crafters fill out a 10-minute entry form available here (and at goodfoodfdn.org) between today and June 30. The $105 entry fee covers the cost of processing, storing, sorting and transporting products to the annual blind tasting, where industry professionals and category experts will identify this year’s top scorers. Judge feedback is also available, with a $15 fee.
A special Early Bird discount (code EARLYBIRD, $15 off first entry) is available to all makers through Friday, June 3. Crafters that identify as BIPOC are eligible for one complimentary entry plus judge feedback (50% off a second entry). To receive the custom discount code, email connect@goodfoodfdn.org.
